Our analysis…
People are closer than ever now that they’re working apart. There’s a little irony in that, isn’t there!
And perhaps some logic, too. After all, there’s more of an emphasis now on building and maintaining connections with co-workers. Just because you sit next to someone doesn’t mean you automatically bond with them.
If you’re looking to implement a tool to encourage informal chats between your team (like 84% of the people in this survey) then you should check out aaask.
With aaask, you can generate prompts and questions that fire up discussions between co-workers. From ‘what are you up to this weekend?’ to ‘what’s your favourite movie?’ – you decide what you want to aaask.
The data here shows that when informal conversations are encouraged, bonds between teams deepen – and that’s great for productivity and employee retention.
